Party! Party! Party! PGE wanted custom party hats to hand out to thousands of merry Starlight Parade revelers celebrating Oregon’s 150th birthday during Rose Festival. Susan Bard designed these fun hats. tpd had them printed, die cut, glued, and attached elastic chin straps so they would stay on while dancing in the street. Woohoo!
